1. Why should your organization sell CCBF?

CCBF is a new and exciting program in fundraising that allows your organization to tap into the lucrative and popular world of beauty products. By offering high quality beauty products at amazing prices, your fundraiser will be a huge success! 


2. Are CCBF products vegan and cruelty free? 

YES! All CCBF products are manufactured using the highest quality ingredients just like beauty products found at department and makeup specialty stores. The difference is that you are buying factory direct and cutting out the extra retail markup. 


3. Are there any upfront costs to use CCBF?

NO. You are not obligated to purchase any products upfront. You only pay for what you order. There are no leftover products to worry about.


4. How long can we run our fundraiser for?

With CCBF you are able to run your fundraiser for up to 1 year. It is up to your group to determine the length of your fundraiser. 


5. How do I place my order? 

Orders may be placed one of two ways: 

1. Mail Order 

a. Collect all order forms and money.

b. Please send in ALL order forms and 1 Check. (Check total should equal total amount -50%)

d. Please allow up to 5 business days for check to clear and additional 5 business days to process the order. 


2. Online Ordering 

a. Collect all order forms and money. 

b. Go to www.copycatbeauty.com and login with username and password provided by your CCBF representative. 

c. Using a credit card place the order. (The 50% discount will automatically apply) Our website is 100% secured and safe to order. d. Please allow 5 business days to process the order.


6. Receiving and Storing your products

a. Before accepting your delivery, inspect the shipment for missing or damaged products.

Review the received orders to ensure it matches the shipping paperwork. If there are any issues, contact your CCBF representative within 48 hours of receipt. Missing or damaged products must be reported within this time frame in order to be reconciled. 

b. If you are storing the products prior to distributing it to the fundraisers, store it in a secure, dry and cool area. Some of our products are temperature sensitive. Do not store near a heat source such as a furnace, radiator or windows. 


7. Can I return an item?

a. We cannot accept returns on our fundraising items.

b. All undeliverable orders that are returned must pay shipping charges again for the order to be reshipped. CCBF are not responsible for these charges.

c. Out of Stock items can be substituted for items of equal or greater value with CCBF approval.
